Professor Paul Allieu Kamara is an accomplished Sierra Leonean scholar whose professional journey brings together academia, research, governance, institutional development and public-interest engagement.

As a Distinguished Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development, Business Administration, Governance and Public Policy, his work focuses on understanding how effective leadership and accountable institutions can contribute to sustainable development.

Professor P.A. Kamara is the founder and lead architect of the Leadership Laboratory Experimental Test for Africa (LLETA); an innovative framework designed to examine leadership and governance through approaches that reflect African realities.

LLETA brings together leadership assessment, governance experimentation, institutional performance and African development thinking, with particular relevance to regional integration and the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area.
